At Edena Fashion, we’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll provide outstanding support through email, live chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and product information

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and order tracking

  • Provide warm, helpful, and professional communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)

2. E-Commerce Specialist
