If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at support@edenafashion.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding return shipping costs. Please note: we cannot accept items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Request a Return Form
Email us at support@edenafashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the correct return form and return address.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Clearly mark the package as “Return.”

Use a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Step 3: Send Tracking Information
Once shipped, email your tracking details to support@edenafashion.com so we can process your return.
Return Guidelines

All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Returns must be pre-approved; unapproved returns may not be processed.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your package is received.

Returns are processed outside the U.S., which may result in higher return shipping costs (up to $40 USD) that are non-refundable.

Final Sale items, gift cards, and any used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
