What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
Our customer support team responds to messages and emails in the order they are received. We do our best to reply within 24 hours on business days.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
We process and ship orders quickly—usually within 24 hours. Because of this, changes are not always possible once an order has been placed. If you spot an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@edenafashion.com with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has shipped.
What is your order processing time?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day after being placed. During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Once shipped, most packages arrive within 8–12 business days. More detailed tracking information will be included in your confirmation email.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on the size of your order, items may ship separately. If this happens, your packages may arrive 1–2 business days apart.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please email us at support@edenafashion.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
What courier do you use?
We work with trusted carriers and shipping partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. The courier used may vary depending on your location.
What condition must products be in to be returned?
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we don’t charge any restocking fees.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
