Shopping at Edena Fashion
Found something you absolutely love? Amazing!
Simply select your preferred size and/or color, then click “Add to Cart.” You can continue browsing or go straight to checkout at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right. Please note: adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
Ready to Order?
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, head to your shopping cart. From there, you can adjust quantities if needed, then click “Proceed to Checkout” to enter your shipping and payment details on one secure page.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, your order will already be in processing or shipping and can no longer be canceled or changed.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email us at support@edenafashion.com with your order number.
Shipping Costs
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders! 🎉
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Tracking Your Delivery
All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to track its progress. Please note: tracking updates may take some time to appear after your order has shipped.
Delivery Times

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day.

Average delivery time is 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

Some items ship directly from our suppliers, which may affect delivery times.
Missed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your package, it will usually be held at a local distribution center for several days. The driver or courier service will leave instructions on how to collect it. If you do not receive this information, please contact the courier directly or reach out to us at support@edenafashion.com.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Edena Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must report it within 14 days. The courier will open an investigation, and we’ll assist you throughout the process.
